How to Treat Morgellons Disease Naturally! (Part 1)

I was living in Ft. Lauderdale when it all began, almost twenty years ago. I lived in an older apartment building on the intracoastal waterway. It was a hot and humid environment with plenty of mold; the perfect place for mysterious bugs to call home.

One night while sleeping, I noticed that I was feeling itchy and felt a light pins and needles sensation on my skin. It was very light, but annoying, nonetheless. I did not think too much about it, until the next night when it began to happen again. With each passing night, the itching was getting worse and worse. It was not long before I began to dread trying to sleep each night. Soon, I was only getting two to three hours of sleep a night.

During this time, I went to see at least twenty doctors and I was prescribed everything from antibiotics to steroids. Two doctors even suggested that I should seek psychiatric help! Unfortunately, nothing worked. But I knew that I was not crazy. And I did not just spend my time in doctors’ appointments trying to solve this, I cleaned – everything! I used special soaps, carpet cleaners, borax, you name it, and I tried it. I tried every imaginable bug killer too! From foggers to horse dewormer, diatomaceous earth, bentonite clay, bug sprays, parasite cleanses, I tried it all and nothing worked…

This was an incredibly difficult period in my life, it affected my friendships and relationships. It is impossible to put into words how frustrated and helpless I felt throughout this ordeal. If you have experienced these symptoms, I am sure that you can relate. Eventually, I stopped telling people about what was happening, because it was just too frustrating trying to explain all of this. Unless someone has gone through this, they simply cannot understand it.

It would take years before I discovered how to finally overcome this. But, not before trying just about everything to get rid of the “invisible bugs,” as I liked to call them. I spent thousands of dollars trying to get rid of them and put my body through all sorts of crazy diets and experiments. I tried The Salt/C Plus Protocol for Lyme Disease, essential oils, special diets, bleach baths, sleeping with no sheets, plastic bed covers, HEPA everything, peroxide drops, dry cleaning, supplements, and vitamins, just to name a few. Some things helped, but none of them completely stopped the invisible bugs.

Today my life looks quite different. I do not itch at night, and I sleep like a baby. I never worry about what kind of fabric my clothing or sheets are made from, and I do not dread seeing carpet in a hotel room when I travel. And, I have been living symptom free for years. Not only that, now I am also the healthiest I have ever been. A large part of the reason for that is due to having Morgellons disease. It forced me to learn more about my diet and healthy living than I ever would have, had I not gone through this.

I decided to write this because I see people, websites, books, and forums recommending special soaps, weird lights, magnets, crystals, and expensive vitamin packages that cost hundreds of dollars a month! They are ALL missing the most critical element to promote healing. And now I will share all the details about that element and describe how you too can rid yourself of Morgellons disease (MD) and move on with your life.

If you are anything like me then you have probably read every book and website that you can find about MD. There are two key differences between the program described here and every other one that I have come across. The first is that this is not going to cost you hundreds of dollars per month. You are not going to need to buy some special Morgellons disease vitamin package or special antioxidants that cost a ridiculous amount of money. About $20 to $30 a month is all you will need to spend on supplements. Second, if you do what I recommend here, it should work!

Now let’s get started.

How do we treat Morgellons Disease?

To treat Morgellons, we are going to use what I like to call “PDA.” The three primary components of the No More Morgellons Program are probiotics, diet, and antimicrobials.

PROBIOTICS

If you only learn one thing here, let it be this. You need more good bacteria in your gut, a lot more! With this program, you are not just going to take a few probiotic pills and call it a day. No, you are going to make your own probiotic rich food that you will eat every day with meals and before you go to bed. The good bacteria that you will consume will help crowd out and starve the harmful bacteria that is causing the Morgellons disease. By making your own probiotic food, you can consume far more good bacteria and save a substantial amount of money since you will not need to buy as many probiotics.

There are numerous studies showing the relationship between skin disorders like rosacea and psoriasis and the use of probiotics to reduce symptoms. In June of 2022, the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology published a double-blind study of people with psoriasis. The participants that were given probiotics for eight weeks showed a significant increase in quality of life. Your gut and skin health have a direct connection.

Due to how rare Morgellons disease is and how little is known about it, I am not aware of any studies that have been done involving probiotics and Morgellons disease.

DIET

Some of you may already be aware of the connection between diet and MD, specifically sugar. MD and bad bacteria love sugar! So, you are going to temporarily eliminate processed foods, breads, pastas, dairy (except one type), and anything with added sugar. So, no ice cream, candy, or chocolate for now. But do not worry, this will not be for the rest of your life! It is only while you restore your health. However, after you are free from Morgellons disease it is highly advisable that you maintain a healthier lifestyle and diet moving forward.

ANTIMICROBIALS

Prior to going to sleep each night you are going to take natural antimicrobials to help kill off the bad bacteria. Some examples of these are garlic, turmeric, coconut oil, and oil of oregano. These are all natural and you will not be using any prescription drugs. Additionally, adding these to your daily routine will help you to get a good night’s sleep.
